Stacy Williams, President of the Downtown Little Rock CDC presents a special award to the CDC's longest serving and most dedicated member of the board, Arnold Habig, at the CDC's Annual Community Luncheon, held on Saturday, March 5th at Second Baptist Church downtown. Mr. Habig was one of the founding board members of the CDC which incorporated in 1992. He has been an active member of the board ever since, serving in many leadership positions including his current position as Secretary.
